What is a mail tag? If you're new to pen pals and snail mail, you may have wondered what is a mail tag? A mail tag is simply a game played by pen pals in their letters! This mail tag starts off with one pen pal who writes out a list of questions they like to ask you. They will "tag" you to answer the list of questions, you than would "tag" them back asking different questions or the same questions they asked you! The Mail Tag is usually written on paper, that could be decorated with washi, stickers, or they could even create a unique way to send the mail tag. How many question can I ask? you are able to ask as many as you want there is not limit, I tend to ask about 5-6 questions for my mail tag.
