Why I Started Million Little Letters Blog






Hello Loves!

Welcome! here I'll explain why I started Million Little Letters Blog! 

 For months I thought about starting a pen pal and crafty blog but had no idea how where to even start. It took me five blogging sites to find one that I was comfortable with to start out with. This was getting really frustrating until I found Blogger.com! 

 I'm new at this so called "blogging world" so I know that my blog will not be 100% correct but hey that's who I am! I learn from my mistakes (lol) who doesn't. I do however have a learning disability so my grammar and spelling and whatever the hell else won't be correct. PLEASE take your RUDE comments out of here :)  

 Anyways! I wanted to share with my readers of this blog for my love of writing snail mail to others. I started writing two years ago when I was on Facebook looking for a crafty swap group. As I was looking, I came across a Pen Pal Ladies Only group. When I was 10 years old I wanted to have a pen pal so bad. I remember asking my step mom if she could find me one and we never did. So two years ago I ended up joining this group, and I can't tell you how many amazing women I've met through that Facebook group. It has helped me with my anxiety and depression so much that it made me feel so much better. 

 I wanted to start Million Little Letters Blog for new readers to learn about the pen pal world and for other readers who have been in the pen pal world for a long time to read about tips and tricks for pen paling and other crafty things that I write about! 

 I hope that you join me in this journey that I've started with this blog!

I started Pocket Letters when I got into pen paling in 2017 and loved it so much! Today I’ll be teaching you how to make them and what you need. So let’s get started!  What's a Pocket Letter? Pocket Letters are a new way to send letters to your new or existing penpals. It's a penpal letter in pocket format. Basically, you fill all the pockets of a 9 Pocket Trading Card Protector and send the whole page to someone who wants to swap with you. What Is A Mail Tag?

What is a mail tag?  If you're new to pen pals and snail mail, you may have wondered what is a mail tag? A mail tag is simply a game played by pen pals in their letters! This mail tag starts off with one pen pal who writes out a list of questions they like to ask you. They will "tag" you to answer the list of questions, you than would "tag" them back asking different questions or the same questions they asked you!  The Mail Tag is usually written on paper, that could be decorated with washi, stickers, or they could even create a unique way to send the mail tag.  How many question can I ask?  you are able to ask as many as you want there is not limit, I tend to ask about 5-6 questions for my mail tag.  Mail Tag Questions There are many questions you can ask for your mail tag here I will list examples of things you can ask your pen pal! you can be as creative as you want with your questions!  If you could go anywhere ...

Million Little Letters Project

Hello there! Happy Wednesday  💌 ☕️ 📓 I’ve been reading a book called “if you find this letter” when I created million little letters group was supposed to be about sending letters to others to cheer them up, u til it fell back into a pen pal group. And that’s fine! I’m so happy that everyone is finding pen pals and writing letters! The whole purpose of that group is to write letters and meet new people. But I want to pick back up on this project that I once started.  My challenge to you is start writing  little letters and place them in random public places like: coffee shops, Book stores, library, doctors offices etc. just anywhere that you could tuck or pin on a bulletin board. These letters could be self motivated, self love, quotes anything nice that someone may need.
